Gorgeous, as usual! It's almost like... if Lord of the Rings were more futuristic. I can see that city in there as a haven for technologically advanced elves or dwarves or other such fantasy races.

This is a great piece, the composition is really good, and the tones are perfect. Only thing I would not of added was the smoke, assuming that orange glow is lava, smoke would mean that there was something burning, wood or some such substance, but lava is rock, meaning there is no smoke when it just flows. (Or at least not as much as you put.) I love those ships, and that mountain, especially!

I don't know what you're talking about, saying you suck when you've created something like this? Goodness! I have no idea where you draw these ideas up from, but most of your work recently has been absolutely entrancing. Keeping from ranting, I just want to say how much I enjoy these scenes you've created. They all feel very much tangible to me which is the greatest feeling to get from art. Keep up the great work! :heart:

Thanks so much for your kind words.
To be honest - I still have the feeling that a lot could be changed and improved. Especially the lower part.
:D well - squeezing by lil' brain until the creative juice will flow.
No - just kidding. Most of my images are happy accidents. I just start to paint in rough shape and try to see something.
And than refining and adding details.

Thanks again for the compliment. Much appreciated and i hope that i could keep it that way.
