Very dystopic setting, and from the looks of it, this is not set too far in the future. Could even be a bigger metropolis of today that has faced sudden corrosion. Great attempt, though I prefer my sci-fi with even more futuristic elements. Keep it up!

Yup - it isn't that far in the future. Just a couple of years away.
Oh - and the images wasn't supposed to be a pure sci-fi image - it should just scratch the border of present and future
