Ok sorry, I was just doing stuff and saw this so I fav'd and decided I would comment afterwards when I have time. So let's get on with it shall we?

The concept is great, love the way it looks. As much as I don't have experience or memories of ever seeing one, this would in some form make me think of a crack house or anything of the nasty sort. Shows a place to me that has given up, or if not then forced to live in such terrible ways. Now this isn't of real society since I would have no ability to tell anyone how it truly is. Though from a standpoint of what I would believe it is, this is what I would see.

Torn rooftops, markings, everything broken or trashed... The idea of living in such a place would make people cringe, but where else would these people go? I must say though that the only thing that strikes me strange is something small. I feel as though you are making these locations feel open but emotionally suppressed. Almost as if these are locations not naturally built for expansion. Perhaps this city isn't really what I thought it was... Can I guess a form of prison or isolated unit based location? Enough... I must see more!

you said it all well.
the city itself is the prison or as you said, a isolated unit. A certain umber of "houses" building up a unit, units will be combined to bigger units, and so on . No one who's living in knows it correctly, they have just this feeling. they know there is no way out - except criminality. Thats why gangs are a common thing there…
And be sure - you'll see more

Very well done, Don! In all of these T3A works you have managed to capture an atmosphere that is very consistent, and feels real in it's own world. I really love the "No Hope" thing you did, very intricate and well thought out. As for Crit, I am seeing these "UNIT HN 15"
and "BLOCK - HN 15 - 45"; This can either be an excellent addition of detail, or a randomly placed bit of information that came out of no where. Do these numbers and words have meaning in the T3A story? I really love this piece, the moonlight and warm-light is mixed very well here, a very good atmosphere indeed.

those type elements are kind of essential to the story. Each hut / unit is traced by the government / police (sort of). the know all about the people, their special behaviors, who's infected, etc…
every information will be stored in a huge database. But some of them know how to fool the system:)

The values are pretty tight since it looked photorealistic from the thumb view.
For c/c,maybe you can give some kind of focus in the image,maybe zooming it out a little?
I'm really not qualified to crit this level of work,haha!

Played around with different camera tilts and zoomed in and out for some time, but ended up as it is.
